With over 17 years of experience at companies like Microsoft, Williams-Sonoma, LendingClub, Microsoft, and Product School, Mariana brings deep expertise in product strategy, agile delivery, and customer-centric rapid prototyping. She's passionate about equipping teams with the mindset, methods, and momentum to drive real outcomes and build alignment across their orgs.

Brad is co-founder of Product Advisory Studio, where he helps product teams and leaders bring clarity to complexity and build lasting momentum. Through context-driven training and advisory, he supports organizations in aligning product strategy with execution so teams can move faster and smarter.

Prior to PAS, Brad helped scale Product School’s enterprise business through a $25M investment and held a leadership role at a SaaS company with a successful $40M exit.
