At Williams-Sonoma, Inc., I was part of the Technology & Innovation division, where I led a portfolio focused on mobile apps and the Design Experience. This included customer-facing features that empowered users to create 3D room plans, visualize products in their homes using AR, and manage appointments and orders through our in-house Design Crew.

During my tenure, I launched the company’s first native shopping apps for Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen. Both apps significantly outperformed mobile web benchmarks in engagement, average order value, and revenue. To deliver a best-in-class experience, I collaborated closely with Brand and Engineering teams, and together we executed a successful multi-touchpoint acquisition campaign that drove app installs and long-term retention.
