As 2025 comes to a close, we have been slowing down just enough to reflect on the year behind us and the people who made it meaningful.

This year, we had the privilege of working alongside teams at a wide range of companies. That included organizations in the Fortune 500 and Fortune Global 500, companies recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing businesses, and growth stage startups as they scale. We partnered across industries such as Pharma, Financial Services, Consulting, and technology, each with its own challenges and constraints.

What tied this work together was the people behind it. Leaders and teams doing thoughtful, often difficult work in environments that are complex, regulated, or moving faster than expected. We spent time inside those realities, listening first and working alongside teams to build clarity, confidence, and practical momentum in ways that fit their context.

The work we are most proud of grew out of trust. Clients were open about what was working, what was not, and what they were still figuring out. Those partnerships made the work more honest, more collaborative, and ultimately more meaningful than any single outcome.

We are incredibly thankful to the clients who invited us into their organizations and trusted us with important moments in their journey. We are just as grateful to our families, friends, and supporters who stood behind us throughout the year. Their encouragement, flexibility, and belief made this work possible in ways that often go unseen.
